Re: Probert suffered brain disorder
Wags, I agree 100%. Cocaine more than likely allowed him to play through injuries and fight like he never felt a thing and enjoy it.
I've seen men take a round and act like they never felt it. Sometimes it was adrenilen(sp?) more often it was morphine, demeral, heroin or some really fantastic Thai Stick or any number of opiates.
The drugs did not kill him, it was what the drugs that allowed him to do what he was paid for.
Just like a boxer his brain was probably mush before he died. This is not just conjecture, I was one of those people that didn't know I was shot until I passed out and woke up in Australia. The drugs didn't stop there. Anyone who knows the right people can get anything they want in this country.
Instead of helping the addicts our government spends billions on pretending to stop the drug trade. If there wasn't a market there there would not be a drug trade.
Sorry about ranting but I will bet you that the FO knew exactly what he was doing.
I'm done so I will leave you and snort some Vicodin. It helps me sleep.
