Even though they lost on opening night, I still have confidence in them. We'll see how they do against Pittsburgh tonight. Hasek has to step it up, even though I don't blame him for the goal that went off a Wings' stick, then bounced off of Naslund's head, hit the crossbar, then went in. That was just bad luck and they never recovered from it.

Now, the offense finally got it together with a 9-2 win against the Coyotes. It seemed that they were clicking on all cylinders and were playing the puck possession game that they are accustomed to. A few lucky bounces didn't hurt, either. Schneider got credited with a hat trick, but it looked like his second goal went off of Hudler. I don't know if they will change it.
