Thinking outside the box: The illogical choice
Great article Brian. I must say I've been toying with the idea as well.

You know me, if I can't have DJ I'm basically open to anything else. And considering what a weak @$s draft class this is. And it looks like next year will be nearly as loaded as last year. Why be forced into using a pick on someone I don't think worth it? I didn't include it in my draftboard though. So i guess it looks like this now.
1. DJ (Trade up if need be)
2. Trade Down
3. Trade for future pick(s)
4. Antrel Rolle
5. Shawne Merriman
6. Mike Williams
7. Braylon Edwards
8. Aaron Rodgers
9. Reach for a DE (exlucding Merriman)
10. Carlos Rodgers
11. Alex Smith
11. Pacman
Dangit, if Alex Smith and Aaron Rodgers were in last years draft they would have been 2nd round picks... same deal for Barron and Brown. Anyway, look at teams that are desperate for picks like Tennessee and San Francisco and they'll probably suck next year too... meaning our return might even be greater than a 10th pick.
