What: 70th NFL draft.
When: April 23-24.
Where: Javits Center, New York.
TV: April 23 -- ESPN, noon-5:30 p.m.; ESPN2, 5:30-10 p.m. April 24 -- ESPN, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Lions' picks: No. 10 in first and sixth rounds, No. 9 in second and seventh rounds, No. 8 in third round, No. 12 in fourth round, no pick in fifth round.
Top pick: San Francisco.
