Funny part is Marcus Johnson actually projects as a tackle for some teams in the NFL. He has the quick feet and wingspan for it.

Problem with Blackstock is that happens to be his only capability. He would be better suited as a rush linebacker in a 3-4. Taking him 27th overall is a bit too high in my opinion. Plus, I think they would benefit more from taking WR Roddy White at that spot as they need another wide out.

That's true, but I have seen a lot of mocks having Blackstock going in late round 1. He's a good player, but he's no super stud.

Why would Cinci pass on Davis to take James? They need more help at DT and SS than at DE. There's much better depth at DE than at SS in this draft.

Bad mock.

No way DJ lasts till 14, Detroit will take him. Barron isn't that good, IMO.

I feel the same way. If Detroit were to pass on him or trade the pick away, I don't see DJ getting past Dallas or San Diego.

I would not mind drafting this kid. He is a straight stud. It would definitely be a BPA pick, however, since it would give us a bevy of OGs. If he can play OT, that would be great.

My favorite day ever as a Lions fan.

Somehow landing the Ndamo-nator would be the second best day ever.
