GO ST LOUIS!!!
GO TAMPA!!!
BOO LIONS!!!
By the schedule, we'll face both STL and TB next year. I don't want any part of Suh if either team gets him. Raiola should be tanking the rest of the year just so he won't have to get destroyed by Suh next season!

I usually don't update this thing until all games for the week are played, but what the hell? After last night's fiasco, the Browns' opponents have a winning % of .525, while the Lions' opponents have a winning % of .530. Therefore, the current top 4 draft order would be:
1- St. Louis
2- Tampa Bay
3- Cleveland
4- Detroit

I could see both Cleveland and Tampa Bay winning another game, but not the St. Louis Rams. If that holds true, the Lions could pick as high as #2, but I think they have a good chance of upsetting Da Bears in week 17, which could drop them down several spots.

I think they can win this week, they are playing the Jets and Sanchez is not playing and Clemens is now starting.

After suffering through today's game I have to disagree. The Lions won't win another game. This team has quit! I feel bad for Schwartz. In reference to the Browns, Bucs and Rams, I don't see any of them winning again this season. If the Lions and Browns finish with same record, tie breaker is based on opponents W/L record. If the Browns lose to KC and Raiders that will probably be enough to move Lions into the 3rd spot.

Sorry about the previous post. It should have said the Browns next 2 losses would keep them in the 3rd spot. My bad. I'd been drinking and not clearly thinking. Forty years of Lions games will do that to you.

I decided to figure out the top four draft order myself last night instead of waiting for it to come out following the Monday night game. That game really doesn't matter unless it ends in a tie since the Lions and Rams play each of them an equal number of times. The Browns and Bucs don't play either of them. Here it is:
1. St. Louis 1-12 .5480
2. Tampa Bay 1-12 .5625
3. Cleveland 2-11 .5192
4. Detroit 2-11 .5336

I get the full updated draft order from the Great Blue North Draft Report and they don't post it until sometime after the MNF game ends. I just did that partial list above because I was curious about the Browns and Lions picks. Here's the complete order:

2 Tampa Bay 1-12 .563
3 Cleveland 2-11 .519
4 Detroit 2-11 .534
5 Kansas City 3-10 .519
6 Washington 4-9 .486
7 Oakland 4-9 .514
8 Seattle 5-8 .471
9 Denver (from Chicago) 5-8 .495
10 Buffalo 5-8 .510
11 San Francisco (from Carolina) 5-8 .548
12 Pittsburgh 6-7 .486
13 San Francisco 6-7 .490
14 Atlanta 6-7 .500
15 Houston 6-7 .538
16 Tennessee 6-7 .553
17 Jacksonville 7-6 .490
18 Baltimore 7-6 .514
19 New York Jets 7-6 .529
20 New York Giants 7-6 .534
21 Miami 7-6 .543
22 Arizona 8-5 .447
23 Dallas 8-5 .500
24 Seattle (from Denver) 8-5 .514
25 New England 8-5 .529
26 Green Bay 9-4 .428
27 Cincinnati 9-4 .457
28 Philadelphia 9-4 .476

I am certainly hoping for Cleveland and Tampa Bay wins this weekend. That should put us in #2 overall and let us draft Suh when the Rams draft a QB.
Which brings up a random thought:
The Vikings have the Williams Wall.
If we draft Suh, we would have Suh Hill.
_________________ Fisher or Joekel or Lane Johnson for #5 overall. I have settled on Johnson as my preference. The only thing Joekel and Fisher have over him is experience at LT. 2 years from now, Lane Johnson will be known as the best LT of this draft!

Haha thats awesome!
I was thinking the same about having those 2 win. This is the make or brake week for us getting Suh.
