Now that we finally have the #1 and #2 guys to use Hakim appropriately everyone wants him gone... He made big plays for us last season early when he and Roy was healthy. Are Kircus and Vines really more valuable? Az could potentially be a #2 WR still with Rogers' health and MWilliams inexperience, he is better than Kevin Johnson. If he restructures they should keep him.
While our WR potential is great, Joey and Jeff need to get the ball to them...

I agree, why get rid of Az to make room for Vines? Az has looked horrible because he has been in a role not suited for him, starter. Now, as a #4, he will be a better fit on our team. Think about it.
Roy Williams
Charles Rogers
Mike Williams
Az Zahire Hakim
Eddie Drummond.
Not bad. Of course, Az does need to restructure.
BTW, this doesn't change the fact that I'm against the decision to draft Mike.

Didn't waste any time bringing them here.

You take Az and I'll take Kevin Johnson. I saw nothing from Az last year or in years previous that would make me want to keep him around.

That's a bit strong. He's made some decent plays for us... But he isn't the same player since his hip injury.

One of the best plays last year is when he took that 8 yard pass and turned it into a 40 yard td behind Roy Williams. That was awesome. When our top receivers are healthy, Az is good.

On a side note: Derrick Johnson called Roy Williams right after the Lions picked BMW and said he was mad the Lions didn't take him. Roy didn't sound too thrilled to have another WR but said if everyone stays healthy, they should be a great trio of WRs and put up some big numbers. This is according to WDFN.
