Woah, what the hell's up with the draft cast on ESPN? It says the Lions drafted Marcus Maxwell, WR, Oregon... I don't see how this is possibly right, cuz I know we gave the pick to SF, plus drafting ANOTHER WR would be assinying! I know it's a mistake, but ESPN.com should really be on top of stuff like that.

This is what Gary Horton says on the "lions taking Maxwell"
"Maybe they are going to go to the run and shoot offense? ;) Or they are simply filling out their roster for training camp, which is more realistic."

What the hell Gary? BMW, CRog, Roy, KJII, Az, Kircus, Vines, Drummond...Unless we cut Az, Kircus, and Vines, I'm amazed.

ESPN.com got it wrong. The tv network is fine. nfl.com fixed it too.

How about Earnest Shazor UDFA?

Still going on. Somebody can pick him. They should if they don't want to go through the uncertain process of UDFA. But it looks like he won't be picked.

I wonder what's wrong with him. He was a very good college football player.

That's dumb. All were stud play makers. Well except for Browner. Browner just has nice size for a corner. But Brimmer and Shazor? Playmakers. You draft a playmaker before a workout warrior... especially how much noise these two made in college.
