Basically Cam's first 4 years will be worth $22million combined, with $15million in the option 5th year. So a rookie gets some money, but has to survive to the 5th year to get max value. Still in the $40million range, but its more backloaded instead of frontloaded. Less of a risk for teams if a player busts.
