Painter and Quessenberry both went this round would have liked both of them to add to the depth on the O-line. Especially Quessenberry with his ability to fill in at any spot on the line and he has a nasty streak.

SO weve got 6-31, 7-5 & 7-39 -- Still Some Talent Left

Tier 1 in No particular order except 1st 2:
CHase THomas - OLB Stanford (My Favorite for 6-31 as we still need a SAM)
Xavier Nixon - OT Florida St (2nd Favorite)
DaRick Rogers - WR - Dickhead but worth the risk at this point
Bacarri Rambo - S Georgia - 3rd-4th rd talent, Character concerns but its 7th rd.
Everett Dawkins - DT Florida St
Kevin Reddick - ILB - IMO a 4th/5th Red Talent and longer better backup at MLB than T.Lewis

Tier 2:
Reid Fragel - OT OSU - 1 Yr starter but helped team to undefeated season in Big ten
Robert Lester S Alabama
Chris Gragg - TE Burner Speed- Woul;d eventually replace Sheff but could prob be Practice Squad material
Anthony McCloud - DT Florida Std
Kwame Geathers - DT Georgia

Who do you like of these, or others?

Rambo gone to Washington

I'd take a flyer on Rodgers at this point.

Kwame Geathers is interesting, and I like Craig Roh too.

I Like Roh but hell be UDFA and I think hed jump at Lions practice Squad and a chance to stay near where he played college ball.

That said Chase THomas is the only player left that would have a shot to compete for a starting position from Day 1, and may be better than what we have at that position other than Rogers, and hes a Standford smart guy with no Character issues. My Fav pick left in the draft and id be stoked if we got hime, with Rogers and Nixon a close 2nd-3rd.

Roh is probably best suited to play DE in a 3-4, but I really like him as an interior OLman, subbing for Suh. He's no Suh, but he is fast, powerful, and plays with a ton of effort. I agree that he'll probably be UDFA. I'd love to sign him to our practice squad.

Theo Riddick, well there were backs I liked better, hope he has return ability.

I doubt it... He's slow as dog crap... 4.68? Another horrible pick.

I wish we would have drafted Ellington instead of our damn punter in the 5th. Stupid... We're not having a good day, IMO.

He is a returner, and RB listed as WR on all the draft boards.

Billy posted in chat:
47 kick returns.
1,169 Rushing yards.

Cant help but feel we missed obvious talent at positions of need (Thomas, Rogers, NiXon).

Slow as dirt... I don't see him being able to return anything in the NFL.

Yup... We'll see, I guess...

You act like I've hated every pick, I haven't... I actually liked our first and second days, a lot. Today has been complete garbage, outside of the Fuller pick.

Not saying I like the pick, but espn has him listed as 4.55 , not 4.68. BUt hes small for a RB. He played with Heart for ND last few years, but not sure how he fits at all in our team. ..Like at all. Dont see how he makes anything but practice squad.

5-10, 201lbs.

He is a Kick Returner. And that 4.68 speed got him 1,165 yards rushing last season.

NFL.com has him listed at 4.68 from his combine... Maybe he ran a 4.55 at his pro-day. Still slow for a returner, IMO.

I don't see how he does anything for us. Seems like a throw away pick to me.
