13 Baltimore 5 9
14 Philadelphia 6 9
Here is the scoop........assuming we don't shock the world against Pitt.
As of right now, Buffalo and Detroit are tied in the SOS rating and will have the #10 or #11 pick. Arizona's opponents have won one less game.....so they are #9 in the draft.
For the last week.........
Detroit's opponents will win a minimum of 6 games.
........key games are
#1 St. Louis over Cowboys (gives St.Louis 6 wins + Dallas loss helps SOS)
#2 G.B. must lose to Seattle.
#3 K.C. over the Bengals
Assuming Seattle wins, Detroit's opponents can win a max of 8 games.
Buffalo..............if they win over Jets, obviously doesn't matter.
If they lose, the Jets oppoents will win minimum of 8 games.
HOWEVER, the Raiders (Giants) or Texans (San Fran) must win to improve that.
Arizona.........this looks good.
IF Seatlle beats Green Bay......Arizona's opponents will win a minimum of 10 games........and Detroit picks ahead of Arizona.
If Green Bay wins.............Arizona's opponents will win a minimum of 8 games.......and we need help.......because that means Detroit's opponents win a minimum of 8 games as well.
Then it boils down to a few games.
#1 --- A St. Louis win over Dallas gives Arizona a minimum of 9 opp. wins, and also keeps the Lions at 8 opp. wins.
..........a Dallas win gives the Lions 9 opp. wins and keeps Arizona at 8 opp. wins.
#2 --- A Carolina win over Atlanta increases Arizona's opp. wins, but has no net effect on Detroit because the Lions played both of them.
Cleveland........If G.B. loses to Seattle, Browns can't pass Detroit in the draft order on SOS unless Arizona beats the Colts, Dallas beats St. Louis, KC beats Cinci, San Fran beats Texans, and New England beats Miami.

ally, the Lions will pick ahead of Cleveland.
The bottom line:
Assuming that Tennessee, Oakland, St. Louis, and Green Bay lose next week.......the Lions are almost a lock to pick #9 overall.
If Green Bay loses............we would also pass Tennessee, Oakland, or St. Louis if any of them should happen to win.
