 Top 10 Mock Draft Game
Okay, we all like to play a little GM. We presume to have a vast football knowledge. Some of us like to think we know just a little more than the next guy. Square up and test your mettle. Who will be the anointed one when the dust clears in April?
Here's the basic idea. Mock the top 10 picks of the draft. You will accumulate point for each correct pick. There are slightly more points for later picks because of the increasing uncertainty that sets in during the draft. Also you can gain bonus points by submitting your entry early and predicting trades.
 Scoring:
1. San Francisco 1000 pts
2. Miami 1100 pts
3. Cleveland 1200 pts
4. Chicago 1300 pts
5. Tampa Bay 1400 pts
6. Tennessee 1500 pts
7. Minnesota 1600 pts
8. Arizona 1700 pts
9. Washington 1800 pts
10. Detroit 1900 pts
Bonus Scoring:
a. You get 50 pts for every day you submit your entry before the draft
b. You get 400 additional pts if you rightly predict a team trading out of its position
c. You get 1000 additional pts if you rightly predict a team moving into a new position.
Additional Rules:
b. and c. only apply to trades that take place after you submit your entry ballot.
You may submit as many ballots as you want, but only the latest submission counts.

If Willy's gone at 5, Minn might consider Pac-Man.

That's true, I actually meant C. Williams to the Bucs. Too many Williams you know. In fact, there are too many Roy Williams alone. I can't excape it with the Lions, Cowboys and March Madness - they are everywhere!
Had to get my picks in early to maximize points!

Just thought I would mix it up a bit
1) San Fran - A. Rogers (duh)
2) Miami - D. Johnson (if Ricky ever comes home)
3) Cleveland - B. Edwards (Winslow needs help)
4) Chicago - M. Williams (Looking to compliment Mushin)
5) Tampa - R. Brown (Excited he is here for them)
6) Tennessee - A. Barron (McNair gets killed way too much)
7) Minnesota - A. Rolle (With recievers gone and Chicago and Detroit better at WR this makes sooo much sense)
8- Arizona - A. Smith (Because it's the Zona)
9) Washington - Troy Williamson (Snyder being the good businessman realizes that speed will put butts in the seats)
10) Detroit - M. Spears (At this point one of the less likely to bust)

Okay so I tried to play it safe... except with Detroit's pick. I honestly don't think DJ is falling that far. That's just the wishful thinking.

Going per the draft value chart, we would trade our first and third rounder for KC's first, second and last fifth rounder (from Green Bay). The more and more I think about it, the more I feel KC won't make the move because they have too many needs and don't have a third round pick. But to get a DE like Merriman, it may happen.
