 Why in the world... ... does Pres. Bush nominate people to postions that probably don't suit them?
Spence Abraham worked for the agency he tried to shut down
John Bolton used to hate on the UN
Sec of Treasury John Snow didn't have any experience in the money field before he was appointed
Paul W., nominee for head of the World Bank, has no esperince in international finance.
I'm not looking to start an argument. I'm not a supported of Mr. Bush, but not a hater either. Thoughts?

I guess I call myself a hater because I think he talks worse than Jimmy Carter, but that's a good point. Probably the same reason that my boss is an engineering supervisor and was in accounting before he got the supervisor job. People ask him if he'll put them in the given position if he gets elected because they don't loads of money or they're good buddies.

Yeah, Its just pretty frustrating.
Powell doesn't like Bolton, and I have a lot of respect for the good Gen.
