Post Michigan Medical Marijuana.
So I'd like to share with you that I'm a medical marijuana patient. In February, I was approved to smoke, buy, grow and sell medical marijuana to other patients. I have 2 jobs (one of which is growing and selling medical marijuana to other patients that I earned a nice bonus of $9,000 since February from) and a pretty normal life. Difference is that I'm allowed to smoke pot to my heart's content. And I do.
I got pulled over in June with hydroponic supplies and marijuana in my Mustang. The cop asked if I had any marijuana in the car because he saw the "gardening" supplies and I told him I did. I showed him the bag and it was visibly much less than the maximum allowance of 2.5 ounces (70 grams), he sarcastically asked if I had a medical marijuana card and I told him I did. I showed him my paperwork for medical marijuana, he wrote me a fix-it ticket and told me to have a nice day. I certainly did.
The laws of Michigan now clearly state that I can't be discriminated from employment or any other opportunity afforded to you non-tokers out there and I think it's a wonderful thing. So the point of this post is to ask your opinion on MEDICAL (note: I said MEDICAL and not RECREATIONAL) pot use and its legality in Michigan.

Wow, man. That's pretty cold. You do realize that I have a valid reason to use marijuana, right?
How am I a drain society? I have 2 jobs and pay taxes, I do what I do in the privacy of my own home. You do realize that I can only sell the medication to other qualifying patients and not minors, right?
Oh well.
Time for another bong rip and pay some taxes and not be on welfare.

On a side-note, I still don't quite understand how you'd be allowed to moderate an ant farm, much less a message board with comments like that.
Whoever appointed you didn't understand the definition of "moderate."

You know, that's really really hateful. You don't even know why I use it. That's definitely the lowest anyone has ever sank on this board that I've ever seen. To qualify for medical marijuana, wouldn't I have to be pretty sick? And you would tell someone in my condition that I'm a drain on society and that I should kill myself.
I think you're a sniffling f@ggot, but I don't want you to die. I wouldn't wish you or your family ill will. But for someone who is already in bad condition, you wish, even though I pay taxes and support myself and don't use government assistance AT ALL, except my VA benefits, which I paid for with 8 years of my life, to kill myself.
I came back from war with permanent injuries in the US Army, serving the likes of you and the other intolerant a$$holes who troll here for you to tell me that I am a drain on society and to kill myself.
Eat my a$s.
You're probably busy figuring out the cap from your mother's basement, looking for that new tub of Astroglide you just bought so that dildo will fit up your as$ with less effort.
Dickbag.

Such ignorance. All because I use something that grows naturally on this planet, is proven non-addictive, non-fatal and with few side-effects. WTF is your problem? Really.
I smoke a flower that has been growing here longer than people have been here and that people have been using since the beginning of recorded history, was planted at the White House by more than one president and costs you and your a$$hole troll posse NOTHING. I probably fed and clothed your white trash family with the taxes I paid last year alone. I doubt you'll make $9000 this entire year at your fry station in Burger King. I made that in my spare time. Someone has to put clothes on your kids' back. I guess that will be me, while you're busy figuring out the cap from your mom's basement.

I hope your children starve (if any woman is unlucky enough to have had sex with you) and I hope your mother dies a horrible painful death as you watch. Hopefully the bitch is already dead and you had to witness it. No big loss for her, either. I hope she gets cancer and the only thing that can help her digest food as she goes through chemotherapy is pot and I hope you tell her that you hope she sticks a gun in her mouth.
She'll probably be less independent than I am, probably living off the state, draining my tax dollars. Put a gun to her mouth and pull the trigger. No big loss. After all, she was just a bitch, anyway. I hope you got all of her recessive genes and suffer the same fate. When the doctor tells you the only thing that can keep you alive by keeping down food and relieve your pain without addictive drugs is marijuana, I hope you die instead. Put the gun to your mouth in front of your bastard children and spatter your brains across their trashy trailer park room. No big loss. Your entire family are pieces of sh!t, anyway. Just ready to return to the sh!t from which they came.
Finally, if you have a daughter, I hope she gets raped and gets AIDS. When she's suffering from wasting syndrome, tell her she can't smoke pot. Tell her she has to die. Better yet, pull the trigger for her. Do it in front of your cheating, ugly fat wife so she gets to see it too. Make it a family event.

Speaking of being a drain on society, I know you post to at least 5 message boards, with thousands of posts to each message board, including this one. I can't imagine you're contributing a whole lot to society between posts. I barely have time to post to this one. Why? Because I have a career, I don't live in my mom's basement and I have things to do.
Honestly, I googled your user name. I'm impressed. When do you find time to have a job and take care of a family? Welfare will take care of it while I go to work 9-5 every day. Even worse than living off the state, you probably live off of your parents. Your dad probably thinks you're a fag because you won't leave the internet long enough to take a good sh!t.
I can hear it now: "I'll take the trash out as soon as I'm done calling this guy a commie and showing these guys some porn, ma!"
And I hope your golden retriever gets hit by a car as you watch. I hope the way it yelps as it's hit reminds you of me.

Between posting here, every other message board you post to, watching reality TV and masturbating to pictures of skanks (on 3 different boards, you are a heavy contributor to their respective "Hot Chicks" threads, perhaps you have an addiction or just can't get any 3 dimensional vagina?), I'm trying to calculate the time spent finding pictures and posting them to 3 message boards... It's got to be quite a chunk out of your day. Time and place, Brian. I'm not sure what you're contributing to society, yourself. It's one thing to look, but you're obviously scouring the internet for pictures constantly. Again, maybe you have a problem? Maybe get a self-help book on dating and picking up women that don't use space on your hard drive. I enjoy looking at half-nude women as much as the next guy. I do think it's odd to suggest pictures for another man to look at. Kinda gay, if you ask me. But that's what you do for a large portion of the day, it appears.
It's one thing to say, "Hey man, check out this hottie." But several times every day on several boards, it's kinda weird. Sex-offender-ish. Lay off the porn for a while and do something productive.

A moderator is allowed to tell me that I should put a gun in my mouth and pull the trigger for having an illness and using something that is legal medication for me, but the word *fudge is not allowed? I'm censored for saying a naughty word while a moderator tells me I should kill myself for taking legal medication.
Let me guess, the so-called "Christians" on this board don't have a problem with what he said, either. You all literally make me sick to my stomach and make me not want to be a fan of the NFL and certainly make me want to walk the opposite way of Christ, if this is what you stand for.

Pretty harsh sly, really ignorant too - suprising, as you usually post some good stuff.

How is he a drain on society? Ignorant.

Edit: and I change my vote from yes to no, because I don't approve of medical marjuana laws, I think they're a complete sham. Marijuana should not be illegal, at all, and I'd love for someone on here to try and rationalize that it should be. Go ahead.

I agree that the Medical Marijuana law is a sham. And no. You DO NOT have to be in bad condition at all to get a doctor, who probably partakes himself, to issue you a prescription. Anyone with glaucoma or arthritis can get one easily. And you only have to have arthritis in 1 single joint to qualify.

Now however, mineral, I am on record on this site as being in favor of Legalizing pot. I would just prefer it be legitimately legalized and regulated rather than backdooring it like they did with the "Medical Marijuana" law.

You can find my response to the legalization of pot in this thread. http://www.lionbacker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14694

Fair enough. All I can say is that I was audited. In addition to proving my condition to a doctor, the state of Michigan sent me a letter stating I was being selected at random to send my medical records to Lansing, pretty much to make sure it was legitimate.
I can't speak for Joe Blow, but my case is very real. Due to my erratic type 2 diabetes and genetics, I have Peripheral Neuropathy. Nerve damage to my feet and legs. I'm in pain mostly when I'm still for long periods of time.
Marijuana doesn't cure the pain, but it makes the pain tolerable for me. And yes, sometimes I smoke it when I don't absolutely HAVE to. Sue me. I guess that means I should go kill myself.
I found out, at the same time, that one of my friends is a patient because he has MS. I don't really know anyone who is "abusing" the medical marijuana law, though I'm sure some people have done so.
People abuse Vicodin and Xanax and other legally prescribed medication all the time, yet nobody is crying to have those drugs taken off the market, either.

Here come the facts - 100k deaths/year by prescription drug use/abuse: 0 by weed.

And all this medicinal crap... If you want to smoke it, jut smoke it. There's nothing anyone can do about it. If our government wants to set up ridiculous systems to fight a war that it simply cannot win, against something that is statistically safer than swimming, or carrying an old ladies groceries to her car, then it's on us to subvert those systems.

Nothing has been deleted as of 1:02 pm. All of that was my response to your buddy hoping I kill myself. Happy circle jerking, you two.
