Election day should be a Sunday. Or a Monday, but a national holiday. It should be 100% popular vote.
Yes, minorities are more likely to experience voting problems, but isn't because they are minorities. If you think that, you are an idiot. It is because they tend to live in high density population areas. The mass of people causes backups and problems at the polls.
