I've just hear the Lions cut DE Colin Cole (who I thought played very well in the preseason) and signed former MSU TE Ivory McCoy to the practice squad. McCoy failed a physical and was released by the Titans.

Not sure why the Lions would want another TE after keeping Alexander, Fitz and Owens...
