Post La Zone Mort
It is amazing how the NFL has built up professional football into a year round entertainment industry. The off season from the Super Bowl to the draft has become a frenzy of off field activity that hard core fans follow closely. Still, the one thing they have never quite managed to do is to fill the gap between mini-camp and the start of training camp. What do you guys think of this dead zone. Is it fun to unplug from NFL football and think about the vacations or do you find yourself itching for training camp to start?

 While the Pistons are in the playoffs enroute to their 2nd consecutive championship. I feel many of the Lions players should spend as much time as possible around the Pistons. Let some of that winning swagger rub off on these Lions. After the Pistons win the championship, it's all about training camp. Joey should take control of his receivers and tell them to come in a month early and start working on their timing. By the time training camp starts, I will have probably ripped out what hair I have left on my head in absolute boredom.

As a fan, I am chomping at the bit and want training camp to start.

As a writer, I am at a loss for subject matter and can't wait for the June 1st cuts.

As a writer coming off the draft, I am grateful for a chance to catch my breath.

Remember when the training camps used to be at SVSU? Those were the days. I got to get close to the players, watch practice and everything.

I'm in agreement with Mike...

As a fan, bring on training camp...

Having published 5+ articles a week for the past nine months, its nice to get a bit of a break...

With baseball season upon us, well bring on training camp...

I definitely agree w/ this comment. We need only look too the Boston pro sports franchises to see how they support each other and feed off that positive energy and swagger. In the time between now and training camp, we will celebrate the Piston's back to back championship's and the Tiger's on every 5th game(Bonderman is going to be an all star for many years). But I really am amped for the football season to get started ASAP!

I remember Rasheed Wallace wearing a Red Wings jersey at the championship ceremony last season. It was good to see players supporting other teams in town. Too bad there is no hockey this year.

The lack of news is pissing me off... there is nothing to do! Except for Basketball and Baseball. I miss hockey.

My favorite day ever as a Lions fan.

Somehow landing the Ndamo-nator would be the second best day ever.
