since we are talking SPECIFICALLY about backus I can only assume you sir are fibbing.

1) backus has not been pulled with teh exception of a) a blowout and b) and eye thing. other than that...NO PULLS due to performance. saying otherwise....fib

2)Backus has not missed a single start. saying that Hilliard has started for him (Since we are specifically speaking of Backus in this thread) is a fib.

3) Hilliard played so well that Swartz put Backus RIGHT BACK IN as soon as he was able to play. any assumption otherwise is a blatant fib.

This convo has gotten silly. EVERYONE here says that Backus is struggling a bit. but you are the ONLY ONE who refuses tro admit that he IS doing a SERVICABLE job. that there is NO ONE on the roster better than him.
