 Titus Young
This kid is really impressive. He's playing like a veteran and really seems to be on the fast track to becoming an impact player for the Lions. I hope he keeps it up!

I love it, he is such a nice compliment to the other Lions receivers and looks the part of the real deal. He was honestly one of my least favorite draft picks. His play has been stellar, and he is building that confidence between himself and the QB.

 Re: Titus Young
I already loved the draft pick but now that he's playing I love it even more. He's showing he is much more than just a deep threat IMO. We really haven't even gone deep to him yet, he extends really nicely for the balls making a bigger window for Stafford to get it to him.

 Re: Titus Young
He got off to a slow start due to his injury during the pre season but he has really brought it on the last two games. Seems like he has great hands and sucks in everything that is pretty much thrown his way, his catch during the OT yesterday was huge and a vetran play. As it has been said, he makes it easy to forget about Williams and Bryant Johnson.

 Re: Titus Young
I still think Derrick Williams would do more/just as much as Stovall and Davis have done. So far all they have done is whiff on special teams plays, and they have a few catches combined.

 Re: Titus Young
He's proving to be a great pick, and he's only a rookie. Doesn't it normally take wide receivers a season or two to "get it" and make a contribution? He's doing it already. I hope he becomes a deep threat.

 Re: Titus Young
I loved the pick at the time, and im starting to REALLY love it now. Not only is he making big catches, he making them at crucial times.

That's a few more catches than DWill would have made, and if memory serves me Derrick never did squat on special teams. The Lions were 100% correct in getting rid of him. He was looking good in camp, but then comes a pre-season game and suddenly he can't catch the crabs in a Mexican whorehouse. The fact that no other team tried to sign him is VERY telling.

 Re: Titus Young
Williams just seemed to be his own worst enemy. Blessed with more gifts than many people could dream of he could never put it together.
Titus on the other hand seems to be the real deal. That kid looked good out there Sunday.
