To be fair the main point of this article wasn't to compare the "greatness" of the players it was to compare their impact on the culture and image of the team. Suh might be able to do more of that than Barry.

That being said the whole article is pointless because one player doesn't change a team culture by himself. Football is a team sport and it takes many players and coaches to change a culture and perception of a team. If you can point to any one person to give credit to it has to be Mayhew. Even that is a stretch though. We don't know how much input others might have had in the decision to bring in Schwartz. Once Schwartz was in we don't know how much the coaching staff, scouts and others make regarding player draft choices or free agent recruits. Mayhew probably makes the final call, but it takes everyone to do this.
