Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
These penalties are BS. The chop block on Morris? He went low before the defender was engaged. Sims came over after Morris had already started knocking him down. The PI in the end zone? Mc Donald turned around and looked for the ball. The chips are stacked against us enough without the refs handing them the game.

Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
The roughing the passer call on KVB is the worst call I've seen all year

Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
how that ridiculous pick play was not seen or called on the TD pass to Jennings is beyond me, Nelson was runblocking from whistle - horrendous non call
kvb call was bad but you must not be watching much football bc refs make crap calls like that all season

Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
I'm hoarse from screaming at the refs. On the play to CJ, not only did he get his helmet ripped off with no call, but Stafford got destroyed by 2 defenders well after the ball was away. No call on that yet they call KVB? Bull.

Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
I don't get how you call roughing the passer on Van den Bosch but not Matthews. Matthews his Stafford a full two steps after he threw the ball.

Re: GAME DAY THREAD: Lions vs. Packers
pENALTIES ARE A COMBINATION OF BAD (TOO MANY THAT ARE LEGIT) AND ALSO AT LEAST 3 POOR CALLS.
Damn caps, lol.
That said, its 7-0 and only because of a great tipped ball int by Matthews. Our D is dictating this game and our O is Outperforming theirs overall. Just need to convert to points.
Our D is Missing our #1 Corner (Houston), #1 S (Delmas), #2 DT (Williams) , #3 &4 DEs (LoJack & Young) and we are stifling the Best Offense in the league with a QB on pace for 1 of the best seasons in the History of the NFL.
Lets just keep up the intentsity and turn on that 2nd Half Mojo weve had most of the year, and put down the cheeseheads.

F that. anyway he gets kicked out, now how is that helping the Lions win this game, I really think Suh needs to tone it down a little, not helping his team. We are not going to beat the Packers we have no running game now that Smith is out. oh well nice try.

Lions making to many mistakes against a great team
You cannot make all these mistakes and expect to beat the elite teams of the NFL. Penalties, turnovers are not the things championship teams are made of. The Lions have a long way before they can match the Packers. 21-0 Packers this game is over.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty... Cant count on the lions to get it done. We were all rooting for you guys on our forum but thats quickly changing. Lions are a dirty team and Schwartz has made Suh a dirty player... as I write this Jones scores a huge TD.
