Brandon Fisher joins his dad in St. Louis.
Quote: Jeff Fisher hires son on Rams staff
The St. Louis Rams will have a pair of father-son coaching duos on staff this season, as Brandon Fisher will take an as yet unspecified position to work with his father, head coach Jeff Fisher.
Brandon Fisher is coming off a season as an defensive assistant on Jim Schwartz's staff with the Detroit Lions.
Blake Williams, son of defensive coordinator Gregg Williams is also on the Rams staff.
Fisher tried to bring his son onto the Titans staff when he served as head coach there, but Tennessee owner Bud Adams reportedly balked and brought up nepotism as an issue.

This doesn't surprise me at all and it isn't a big deal. A new defensive assistant may take a day or two to figure out how Schwartz and Gunther like their coffee, but it should be smooth sailing after that.

I'm just surprised that Jeff Fisher hasn't hired Kris Kocurek and given him some sort of promotion from what he is here. The reason Schwartz hired him in Detroit was because he was a bright up and comer in Tennessee.
