Where is WJB when it's time to rub his nose into the proof that puts the lie to one of his assertions. He asserted that Mayhew has so mismanaged the cap that we are totally PH@#$$%ed. According to this, we are the tenth lowest payroll in the league.

Not that I agree with everything WJB said, but his comments about the mismanagement of the cap weren't about the payroll now but more about what positions the money was spent on, the cost of the future and any dead money associated to past mistakes.
