We sign TE Dorin Dickerson. Wait! No! Two days later we cut him and sign WR Jeremy Ross. Dickerson sounded better than Ross to me.

I wonder what they saw and didn't like? Given the current regimes track record, I'll trust their judgement of TE's, but that was a quick trip for Dickerson.

Ross was signed off practice squad, so he's got more time with the tam, but probably showed them something. He started the season with Cinci, then played for packers until he fumbled on a kickoff.

Pretty weird. I thought the same when they picked Durham over Matt Willis but that has proven to be the correct decision, so I have some new-found trust in the FO. Ross may be an improvement at KR, or just a better catcher.

During the Millen era, it would be "Because he knew the system". Doesnt matter if he sucks or not.
