As Bill Simmons said in his column this week, if you watch this game you like one of the teams playing a little bit too much.

I'll be watching :) One more chance for the 2013 Lions to infuriate me ...

I'm assuming they'll rest CJ, and we'll therefore have a GB at Lambeau standard offence.

I wish they would play hill, then everyone could see he is much more accurate than Staff, no as big of arm but more accurate and see the field better and that IMO makes him a better QB (at this point)

Yeah, going to be a sucker for punishment one last time. But I honestly expect a very vanilla, disinterested effort from both sides.

I hope that they shut down CJ, no sense making his nagging knee condition worse in a game that has no real impact.

One team on the field likes their coach. The other, can't wait to get rid.

Blocked by a QB? Nice play Quinn.

Ha ha. At least it's funny now.

that was just nasty.

And now Carey helped off the field, and our secondary woes continue.

Yeah. The Lions have no interest in winning this game and saving Schwartz' job. They are getting picked apart by a mediocre QB. Stafford should have been shut down in this game. He's just continuing to show that he is not as good as many think he is. I don't care how many yards he's thrown for, his decision making is absolutely pitiful. The Lions have to get him a shrink.

0-8 2nd half last season. 2-6 2nd half o the season this year (with Cutler and Rodgers out). The last 3 games the Lions were "Playing for Schwartz job". Looks to me like they want a new coach just as much as we do. This better be the final nail is his coffin or I'm done with this team until he is.

Don't forget, in 2011 when they finished 10-6, they were 4-4 in the second half of the season. Basically, for the last three seasons the Lions haven't been able to muster a convincing second half of the season. The Lions are 11-30 under Schwartz in the second half of their seasons, including the playoff loss in 2011.

This is a team that has no desire to get into the playoffs.

I agree M2K. I really didn't think we could choke the division away this year. But, The Lions proved me wrong. The 2nd half fades are not just limited to individual games. It happens to seasons under Schwartz. When he was hired, 2nd half adjustments were supposed to be one of his strong suits. He must have left that suit in Tennessee.
