So...Dallas just said Hardy won't be back next season. Why not offer him the min with decent incentives based on keeping his dumb rectum out of trouble and sign him to play DE? Yes, I'm not a fan of the idea, but you can't always win with goody goodies on the roster, you need talent. We put up with Suh for years, and it was worth it. Why not give Hardy a deal that is easily to terminate?.

The guy did have 6 sacks in 12 games. That'd be second best on this team and DE is among the biggest weakness right now.

Debate.

No point in debating, Quinn said he s zero tolerance on violent domestic abuse with women...

True, but the charges were dropped as far as I understand. It wasn't a ray rice type of deal (I don't know the extent of what he did or anything and I'm not defending him in the least bit)

I was about to post the same thing as Legend. Not only do we have what Quinn said but the Lions have a female owner and her Daughters running the show. Seems pretty far fetched they would ever give the ok on Hardy.

No, no and no. This guy should be behind bars. He has no regard for the law, no regard for the league and no regard for his teammates. I'd bring him into the lockerroom just to beat the sh** out of him and ask him how he likes it.

He was found guilty by a judge. NC law allows for a bench trial to then transition into a jury trial. He would have been found guilty but he paid off the woman and the case was dropped. It wasn't due to lack of evidence. You can find the pictures online. It might not be video, but its damning. No, end of story.

Suh was just a prima donna who didn't go around hurting people off the football field. This Hardy guy is a criminal.

Well, Suh tried hurting people on the field too.

I'm not advocating for Hardy here, just throwing it out there. Excluding how I feel about what he did, I wouldn't sign him just based on the negative PR.

In all fairness, that's one of the reasons this team doesn't even have freaking cheerleaders.

F NO!!!!!!! I wouldn't touch him with a 10 ft. pole! Hardy is a prime example of the hypocrisy of the NFL. If he was an UFA Practice Squad guy he would have never played a down in the NFL again. Even the Cowboys who take on character issue players and tip toe around them while being to chicken to reprimand their behavior or keep them accountable for it don't want anything more to do with him. That should speak volumes. He is 100% not worth the risk.

I'd take Ray Rice over Greg Hardy. And I support Ray Rice effectively being banned from the league.

If he isn't wanted in Dallas where they take about anybody and really need help with the pass rush, well that's all you need to know. No thank you!

Just because the charges get dropped doesn't mean he didn't do it, I didn't watch these cowboys last year so I won't opine on what he brings to the field, which could give us possibly the most talented edge rush duo in the league.
