Projected Draft Order after 15 games
After week 16 (15 games) in the NFL, this is how the draft order would look if the season were over. Teams have their opponents winning % after their record which is the tie breaker (a coin flip is the secondary tie break). Only the top 20 teams are listed since the playoff teams, if they make the Super Bowl, will draft in the final two spots.
1) San Fran (2-13) .454
2) Tennessee (4-11) .527
3) Cleveland (4-11) .529
4) Miami (4-11) .545
5) Chicago (5-10) .464
6) Arizona (5-10) .466
7) Washington (5-10) .480
8.) Tampa Bay (5-10) .482
9) NY Giants (5-10) .529
10) Oakland (5-10) .578
11) DETROIT (6-9) .518
12) Dallas (6-9) .520
13) St. Louis (7-8.) .452
14) New Orleans (7-8.) .473
15) Cincinnati (7-8.) .511
16) Houston (7-8.) .524
17) Kansas City (7-8.) .538
18.) Jacksonville (8-7) .551
19) Baltimore (8-7) .571
20) Buffalo (9-6) .473

The NY Giants pick is actually owned by the SD Chargers (Eli Manning). Not bad, make the playoffs and still get a top 10 pick along with their own.

it's so tough to decide what you want to happen in this last game. for one, it would be nice to pick up the win for a total of 7 this year - that would mean we've once again improved 2 games over the previous season (3, 5, 7). on the other side, it doesn't help improve our draft position and if a few of the 5 win teams win we could move into the top 10. what to do???

I think I'd rather have the win than another Top 10 draft pick. Although we could trade down from that top 10 spot and probably get a bundle of pick

Just win baby! Let's not worry about the draft!
I don't like the looks of this year's draft class and filling the Lions needs. I saw Thomas Davis today and wasn't that impressed. He gets beat in coverage worse than Walker.
Heath Miller isn't a game-breaker either. Just a solid tight end.
David Baas is the best OG, but he isn't Steve Hutchinson.
Looks like we may need to draft Alex Barron, as McDougle may be walking and we are going to need a replacement.
