I would like to hear some positves on this year.


I think KJ was a huge step the last 7 games. (no one in the NFL had more yards than him in the last 7 games.

Oline improved as the year went on.

Roy Williams gave us a lot of good catches this year. I think he will be alot better next year sometimes him and Harrington seemed to be on diffrent pages during the game.

I think on D we need to get quality backups.


But lets hope next season we wont get hit by the injury bug like we did this season.

There were a number of positives that came out of the season. Here are 10 that come to mind.

1) The Lions finally have a running game - thank yoy KJ.

2) Let's not forget about the road losing streak that was snapped.

3) CRog and Roy should make a great tandem at WR - let's hope they can get healthy.

4) Shaun Rogers is one of the most dominating lineman in the game and the Lions locked him up for the long-term.

5) Eddie Drummond is an outstanding return man and a real weapon.

6) The Lions have a lot of youth, speed and depth at LB with Boss, Lehman, Davis, Curry and Lewis.

7) The Lions learned the importance of the long-snap.

8.) Detroit has a pass rush and can generate it typically without the blitz. James Hall emerged this year in this role.

9) That the NFC is a wide open conference. The Lions should be players next year.

10) Did I already mention Kevin Jones? This kid can play in the NFL.
