 Lions 2005 opponents
are finalized...
Home:@ Chicago, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Carolina, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Arizona
Away:@ Chicago, Green Bay, Minnesota, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Dallas
will let everyone know the schedule once the dates are released... Hopefully the Lions can get a nationally televised game besides Thanksgiving. Perhaps a Sunday night game.

Why do we always play Arizona? This will be 3 years in a row we play them and it will be three years in a row we beat them.[/img]

 NFC East
It's going to be an old school NFC East reunion for us against Tampa. Maybe we can pay them back for the games they won against us the last years of the division.

I'll be at the game again this year! I'm expecting a much better result.
Tampa? Hopefully they will go "old school" and break out those old nasty orange uniforms.

I cannot believe they have gone away from that effeminate winking pirate guy with the Zorro hat.

The last year the Bucs wore those ugly unis I watched them play at the Silverdome. It was Sappps rookie year and Eric Rhett was the RB. Barry had a great game and the Lions won and started 7 game winning streak to make the playoffs. I miss them ugly unis

yeah...those fairy pirates represent good times for the Lions vs the Bucs. But the painful part is after whooping on them and Dallas for a few years both have gone onto win the big dance

Tampa's logo now looks too much like the dreaded arena football logos. death to arena football!

But remember....without arena ball we may never have had the few great years of Kurt Warner and great stories of his husband er wife going loco on the radio!
He also decimated fantasy drafts around the nation with his fall from grace

Thanks. I can't believe i didn't hear about that. Never was a big warner fan. he was good, just didn't warm up to him. Wouldn't mind having him here to challange Joey.

Nah...I think he is done myself. QBs in St.Louis seem to be like running backs in Denver...although it might be worth it to have his wife hit the local airwaves
