TAMPA - The Buccaneers today signed cornerback Rod Babers, the team announced. Terms were not disclosed.

Babers spent the last two seasons with the Detroit Lions, playing in seven games, primarily on special teams.

He entered the league as a fourth-round pick (123rd overall) by the New Giants in the 2003 NFL draft. He was released before the 2003 season and signed by the Lions.

The Bucs just released Babers. Wonder if Millen is considering picking him up again. I would be :shock: and angry9.gif
