The Texans added a former first-round pick to their team, but it cost them a pair of selections in this year's draft. The Raiders traded disgruntled cornerback Phillip Buchanon to the Texans on Tuesday night in exchange for Houston's second- and third-round picks in Saturday's draft, reports ESPN's Len Pasquarelli. Buchanon, who was the 17th player selected in the 2002 draft, has 122 tackles and 11 interceptions in 36 career games.
