The Associated Press reports Arena Football League OL Al Lucas died from blunt force trauma to his spinal cord during a game, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office. The death was ruled an accident.

Poor guy, I wish his family the best. It's a shame when something like this happens to a guy who's just trying to make some bank to support his family and trying to keep his dreams alive by doing what he loves.
