 Tomlin interferes
What are some of your thoughts? Should Tomlin have drawn a flag and penalized or the refs right in not doing anything? What if Schwartz had done the same, would they have been as forgiving? http://blogs.canoe.ca/slam/football/steelers-coach-tomlin-steps-onto-field-blocks-ravens-td/

 Re: Tomlin interferes
Absolutely should have been flagged, and the TD should have been awarded. The rule, as I understand it, is if a person on the sidelines IMPEDES with a player. Not interferes or stops, but impedes. It is clear that Tomlin standing there and moving at the last second caused the runner to shift his path inside and into the defensive player. Tomlin very much should have been flagged for that. He should also get a fine, even if he didn't get flagged.

 Re: Tomlin interferes
A fine should be a no brained. The precedent has been set and the league has done it more than once. I expect to see the fine this week

Steelers might lose a draft pick over it.

There's nothing that proves Tomlin did it on purpose, and it's not like he tripped the guy. It didn't really affect the outcome of the game. I think a fine in this case is sufficient. The MUCH, MUCH bigger issue here is why he wasn't flagged during the game. It's not like it was well hidden. The sideline official wasn't far behind Jacoby Jones, and could see what happened. The entire officiating crew should be disciplined in some way shape or form, and it should be made known that they were disciplined.

There needs to be more discapline for the refs I agree..Right now their big punishment is that they lost the right to ref the SB...big whoop IMO
