Post I was right, I was wrong
Just killing some time during this football hell, I'm currently in.
Things you called correctly and your worst misfires. I'll start

called it
I thought Joique Bell would be our starter sooner rather than later after the first preseason game I saw him play for us.

Lagarrett Blount would be an awesome power RB

Antonio Brown would be a stud and absolute steal

I thought Eli would become a more clutch(not better) QB than his brother. I know it's debatable but I still stand by this.

Stafford will have a better career than Josh Freeman and Mark Sanchez

Geno Smith sucks

Jason Jones is a better player than Cliff Avril

I was wrong
In 2011, I thought Mikel Leshoure and Titus Young would give us 5-7 years of amazing offense

I thought Darius Slay would suck and would be lucky to still be in the league in 3 years.

I was a believer in Brady Quinn

Bacarri Rambo would be the best S from that draft.

Tyron Smith would be an average LT in the NFL

Michael Bennett's(SEA) career would be over after all the surguries he had with T.B.

I have been right a hundred times. I have been wrong a hundred times.

Predicting a career for a player is hit and miss.

Same thing for me. Some notable players I was right about:

Justin Tuck (3rd round steal)
Justin Houston (another 3rd round steal)
Andre Johnson over Charles Rogers (I caught a ton of flack over this by Lions fans)d
Jahvid Best (never should have been taken)
Joe Flacco (the Lions could have had their franchise QB a year earlier)

Players I was wrong about:
Kevin Jones (thought he would be really good, despite upright running style)
Titus Young (though I didn't have the information the Lions SHOULD have had)
Mikel LeShoure (don't know how much the Achilles affected him, but I thought he was a solid RB)
Darius Slay (I didn't think he was be an effective starter. Glad I was wrong)
Mike Williams (though the stupid demand on his reduced weight kind of hurt him)

lol funny that i disagree about some people's "rights"...for example, jason jones isnt better than avril and im not so sure joe flacco would be a better qb on the lions than stafford has been. i like jason jones and i aprreciate joe flacco s game. flacco is better than 2008 pick gosder cherilus but cherilus was not a bad pick and has had a solid career. im not sure the lions would be much better off if at all had they taken flacco though 2008 would have been a much more fun season w flacco throwing to calvin johnson and roy williams. i dont think the lions organization would be able to make flacco successful the same way that baltimore has.

i remember the wrongs more so than the rights (mostly bc they were players that the lions took that i knew wouldnt be good)...but i agree with m2k on a couple points: i really liked mike williams and leshoure when they were drafted and when we got a glimpse of titus young his rookie year i thought the lions had something.
