Post Colts WR Stokley dislocates shoulder in Japan
NFL.com wire reports
TOKYO (Aug. 4, 2005) -- Colts wide receiver Brandon Stokley dislocated his left shoulder during practice for the American Bowl in Japan and could be sidelined up to four weeks.

Stokley, who caught Peyton Manning 's record 49th touchdown pass last year, might miss Indianapolis' regular-season opener against Baltimore on Sept. 11.

"It's going to be tight, it sounds like," Colts coach Tony Dungy said.

As Manning's third option last season, Stokley caught 68 passes for 1,077 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Tough blow for Indy. Stokely is their most underrated player on the team. He always seems to make the big catch.

Strange how many of the key players on the team aren't making the trip (Freeney, Saturday, James, Sanders, Strickland, etc.) and one of their best playmakers gets injured that does make the trip. Tough break.

That's exactly why you don't do a fantasy league before the pre-season.

that is starting to make more sense. Of course nobody is out for the season yet, just a couple of games here and there
