10/19 is the trade deadline so let's see if anything happens. Then again this is the NFL and very few in-season trades ever take place.

Only deal that I have heard of was Jerry Rice to the Seahawks. That's pretty much a done deal. Don't think anything else is going to happen, as always.

Rice didnt need to go to the Seahawks. He should have went to a retirment home.

Agreed, but the coach there has always loved him. Koren Robinson faces a 4 game suspension so I think they simply wanted to add some veteran depth.

Word in Dallas is that the phone at Cowboys HQ is ringing off the regarding Antonio Bryant, a troublesome but talented and young WR.

It happened: Bryant for Quincy Morgan.

I like the trade from the Browns side. They get younger and more explosive at the WR position, which really needed an upgrade.

Also, Tampa Bay got a 3rd and 6th round pick for the disgruntled McCardell. It didn't surprise me, but what did surprise me is that he went to San Diego. They do indeed need a WR, but I didn't think they would go after McCardell.

Chargers get the move of the season. They upgraded in a spot were they had problems. I give them a thumbs up

The Chargers also added Ex-Bill WR Shaw, that gives them potentially a totally new starting WR combo of McCardell and Shaw. It will be interesting to see how those two work out.
