Ashley McGeachy Fox, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid humorously raised the ante in a bet to motivate WR Terrell Owens for next season. Last season, Reid promised Owens he'd wear tights if the receiver caught 15 touchdowns in 2004. "This year I'm going to streak," Reid said.

Poor Eagles fans...That just gives me one more reason to NOT watch Eagles games.

Thats stupid IMO, so there saying Reid is trying to motivate Owens to get to a certain milestone by Reid saying he'll do somthing nasty and unpleasent... There should be other ways to motivate him by coaching, that just shows Reids insecurity IMO....

Unfortunately, you can't really threaten him because he'd either sit out and get paid, or get traded and be a pimp for another team. I hate those pro sports player who think they're God's gift to the world (Moss, TO, Deion Sanders, Freddie Mitchell as of late). It's not enough that they make more in one season than most people make in 2 lifetimes!
