The Free Safety that could have been a Lion

Sean Taylor is a freak and the plays lined up in this video are proof positive. Just imagine if we would have taken this beast last year. Yeah, no Roy Williams and possibly no Kevin Jones so not worth it.

I do not think his athleticism was ever in question, but he already had a few run-ins with the law. History shows, that those guys rarely go on to have long careers. RW set a few records. If he had been healthy, well, I think if he stays healthy he will be a HOF caliber player. KJ is good too, but I just do not see him having a ten year career.

Yo rick, what makes you think that KJ won't stay in the league for 10 years. I think talentwise, he is better than Roy, at least now.
I don't think it would be worth it to have taylor and not Roy and Jones. Its a moot point though, the skins took him before us.

The way he runs is "high" and he takes a lot of damage. He is basically a power back. He was hurt a lot last year and played through pain. I see him as like AHman Green. 2-3 great seasons and then his numbers start to decline from the damage.

We couldnt have taken Taylor because he was already off the board. Roy Williams is the best player that came out of that draft and would have been had he come out the year before as well. Just wait, this guy is unreal.
