 Lionbacker Survivor 2011
As soon as Yahoo opens it up, I will be setting up our survivor pool. I think I am going with 1 strike your out this year. That way we might get 2 champs in this year. I don't know why. But, no-one can set up Survivor, Pro football pickem, or college pickem right now.

I'm gonna laugh when Billy says "I'm out" after week 1 yet again.

Sure that happened last year and it was only week 3 because I went with 3 strikes and your out last year. But, I took some risks that I wouldn't take with a 1 strike and your out game. But, I have never gone out in week 1 before and I don't intend to start now.

 Re: Lionbacker Survivor 2011
Billy, wasn't it two strikes last year and it only took you three weeks to get eliminated? Regardless, you suck major donkey balls at this. Also, I plan to defend my co-championship this year. I would have won the thing outright if Pablo didn't keep picking the same teams I did.

 Re: Lionbacker Survivor 2011
KC and Cleveland took out a lot of people this week. A bunch more of us we're saved by Arizona pulling it out in the end.

 Re: Lionbacker Survivor 2011
Wow! 9 people got eliminated in week 1. I never would have thought that would happen. It just makes it easier for me to win this thing for the second year in a row.

Well, we had 23 people in this thing. And I can't fault them for Picking Cleveland and KC. Who'da thunk Cinci would win that one? I did however, consider picking Buffalo over KC. This is the biggest survivor pool group we have ever had thanks to my recruiting some players from Footballs future. For those who fell out in week 1. Keep checking back. If we get a winner early enough, I can reset it and everyone will be back in.

 Re: Lionbacker Survivor 2011
But I'm not gonna lose, so there will be no reset. Unlike most people, I actually have a system that I use for this thing. I've already made my picks for the full season, but that could change based upon injuries or a team playing better or worse than expected. I'm not going to divulge my other criteria, but the first rule is - Why save a team for later when you might not make it to later? Those that do otherwise usually don't last very long.
