Re: Wes Welker vs NYJ or Titus Young vs CHI? IMO, you should always play Welker no matter what, especially if it's a PPR league. I understand that the Jet defense will limit his yardage, but he should still get a number of short receptions. Play him over Young or anybody else for that matter.
As for Young vs. Jones, I'd start Jones. He's a starter while Young is a #3. More opportunities usually results in more fantasy points.
