I drafted him high. Am I a visionary or an idiot?

He's going to do a lot - catching, running, and returning...but A) how much of it will he actually do as the #2 overall pick (I believe they'll coddle him to protect his health), and B) how long will he hold up?

I think it was a bad move. Some people are calling Bush near the #30 overall spot (?????) and I'm shocked. I still think Deuce is the workhorse in NO and should be. Bush should be used more as Calhoun will be used here in Detroit. I don't think Bush can handle 20 carries a game in the NFL, of course I probably wouldn't have thought Barry could either due to his size (but the guy had legs of tree trunks).

Bush will get minimal touches compared to #1 backs (LJ, LT, SA, TB, CP, etc), but he will bust some nice runs. Don't expect him to put up crazy stats, but he'll put up stats in every category. More than 800 yards rushing? Not IMO. More than 600 yards receiving? Not IMO. He could go for a TD or two returning the ball though. Only problem is do you start a guy who may get a little or a lot of touches week in and week out? With Bush you have no idea.

IMO the biggest problem with him is splitting time with Deuce... I would have picked C. Williams or Brown over Bush for sure...
