If Jeff can come in and lead our offense with the type of execution he displayed throughout his playing day?s at San Francisco it would be an upgrade over anything the lions have had this millennia.

Did you call some psychic hotline or something

Just had a hunch he couldnt be worse than a) Harrington b)Batch c)McMahon d) Detmer

He played good - First time in I can't remember we had 19 first downs - 18 with no help from penalty

There are two question's Jeff Garcia has to answer on the field if he does play. Does he still have the mobility that made his career so successful? And can he bring the passing game back to life?

I think he answered both of those questions today

thanks for the compliment Alpha - It means alot coming from you

Agreed! Good Job Buddy!

This is so true also...

This team is in desperate need of leadership on the offensive side of the ball, and Garcia seems to be personified as the guy the rest of the Lions would like to see at the helm. In professional sports it is imperative that a team respects you, it can change not only the mood in the locker room, but the level of play on the field.

Good article.
