I checked my profile info and the link location to my avitar disappeared. Apparently, whoever was hosting the image shut down the host site or something.

Perhaps you were linking your avatar to TLF like I was. When that site went "poof", so did my avatar. Luckily, I had mine saved on photobucket, so I just updated my profile using that link instead.
