Dontrelle Willis signed a 3 year extension today for $29 million. He is signed thru 2012, when he will be 29. I think it was good to sign him now before his value went up and he ended having to pay him more.

It's my understanding that the contract is for the 2008-2010 seasons. He was arbitration-eligible this year, but signed the three year contract instead.
