I was at the game tonight (or last night so to speak) and the Wings looked great. We were laughing that the Sharks only had three shots nearly halfway into the second period. They picked it up after that, but it wasn't nearly enough. 5-1 Wings victory!
I should add that the suites are over-rated. Sure, it's nice to have private parking, a private entrance, a private bathroom, an elevator to get you there, waitresses to serve you free food and free beer, plush seats, televisions, and did I say free beer? However, the suites are above the nosebleed seats, so the view is better in the stands. Plus, half the people in the suites are there for business and have no idea about what they're actually watching.
Needless to say, I had fun anyway and I'm looking forward to possibly getting a suite for a Lions game next year. Isn't it great being able to barter with sales reps of major corporations to get free tickets?
