As much as I hate OSU a Big Ten victory might shut up all the SEC fans.

Even though I like to see the Big Ten do well in the bowls (they are currently 3-4), I just can't bring myself to root for Ohio State. I think LSU is gonna destroy them anyways, but that's besides the point.

Gosh Golly... Who could have predicted that OSU would get absolutely owned...

Aside from a crazy beginning full of LSU mistakes, and a last minute meaningless TD, OSU was absolutely OWNED by LSU... OSU had no business being ranked #1 and the BCS is, again, shown to be a GARBAGE system. Hopefully the AP ranks a diff. team #1 and we have another 'co-champion' to piss people off yet again to create another push to ax the BCS.

USC is the tragedy in all of this... Best football team, yet soooo far from being in the BCS Championship game...

WJB's statements turned around to support OSU:

"Minus the loft for the interception, blocked feild goal, dropped TD pass, and stupid penalty to keep an LSU drive going... OSU was right there in the game."

Honestly, I figured if LSU was going to win, they would win big. OSU showed they deserved to be there. It was a great game till the momentum switch that LSU never let go of. We all know what that does in basically a home feild advantage.

All in all, I felt LSU was a better team overall before the game and I obviously didnt change my mind after. IMO though, OSU beat themselves with stupid very costly mistakes that let LSU keep rolling. I do not feel though that it was that lopsided of a matchup.
