 Amir Johnson
I'm drinking some heavy kool-aid but Amir Johnson is awesome. Sure, he's very raw, but he should get playing time so he can prove himself, develope, and ultimately help the team.

No argument against this. The kid has a world of talent, but he is still very young and learning. It will be at least another year or 2 before we see this kids full potential.

Boy you get this kid in the post and his little jump hook almost always seems like it goes in that and he is a block machine once he gets into the grove.

I think Maxiell should probably transition into a starting role next season. I think his energy chasing down boards takes some pressure off Rasheed and allows McDyess to focus more on scoring off the bench - that he has to work the boards so much as a starter has taken a bit from his offense.
defending 08-09 pistons
PF - Maxiell
SF - Prince
C - Wallace
SG - Hamilton
PG - Billups
1st subs - Stuckey, McDyess
Rotation - Afflalo, Johnson, Ratliff
I think they should keep Ratliff in his current role. Hayes may get better opportunities elsewhere in the offseason but I like him and Afflalo could take his minutes offering improved D with less O in comparison. Should be OK bc I'd expect Stuckey and McDyess to be scoring options off the bench. It would be nice if Johnson could really define what he is ie. improve ballhandling to be a SF or add some bulk to be more of a post player, probably the latter.
