 Piston's mock selection per NBC
Quote: 26. Pistons David Lee SF 6-9 230 Florida It's all about work ethic and passing and team play. Lee is a terrific passer and he will try and get on the boards. He has played his way into the first round by excelling in pre-draft camps.
I think that they should draft the purest scorer they can for a "Microwave" type guy off the bench. As long as he has the Piston attitude.

I think David Lee would be a good pickup to backup Prince. Another good prospect who could slip would be Louis Williams out of South Gwinnet High School in suburban Atlanta. He is a 6'2 guard who can backup both point and shooting guard slots and be a good replacement down the line for Hunter. With the new CBA, he could play on our NBDL squad until he was ready.

Jarrett Jack from Wake Forest is almost an exact replica of Chauncey Billups as you can get. He is the same size and like Billups, was not a pure point coming out of college. I think he is too good of a prospect to fall all the way to the 26th spot.

Not a bad pickup either. Solid player. Would be a backup to Prince. This draft has some quality depth.

I thought Jarrett Jack played @ Georgia Tech?

Oops. You are correct. I was just replying to the other post and didn't realize that Wake forest was incorrect.

It's cool, I could have easily done that as well. That and I wanted to make sure that I was right about where he played.

My bad. I don't follow it closely. There is also a PG from Wake Forest in the draft. This is a good site: www.nbadraft.net

I'm with you Yorick. I don't follow college ball all that closely. The first round PG from Wake is Chris Paul though, he's predicted to go in the top 5.
