I went with Cody. Should be 10-15 spot kinda guy which is where I would hope we can make it to.

Mays was my pick. His size and hitting is what has swayed me. We need a shut down corner more but I haven't seen one yet this year that even comes close to being a top pick.
Dunlap has a nice resume but hasn't done squat so far this year.
I know we need to rebuild the Oline but I think we can wait another year. We need to build our defense to top notch quality.

As in Colt? You want to tie that much money in two QBs?

I said Russel Okung. We need to protect Stafford now that we've spent the cash on him, and Backus needs to go if our offense is going to get better. I'd like to see us be able to unload him on draft day for a 3rd - 5th round pick, but I'm all about cutting him if we need to. The guy is terrible and he's holding us back.
Cory Wootton or Greg Hardy may end up being better than Selvie at the DE spots. I want very badly to upgrade this pathetic defense, but I think we have to go OL. IMO a new LT is the single most important position that would change and get the most upgrade out of for this team.

I voted Dunlap. We need a pass rush to compete in a division that is strong at QB. A solid pass rush will make the DBs look a lot better. Plus, when you are drafting a DL high in round one, you have to go for elite SIZE because players with truly great size are rare. Dunlap has that size plus he is blazing fast. Reminds me of Mario Williams.
If we go DT, I would be OK with Cody but I'd rather grab Dan Williams from Tennessee (who has actually been a bit more productive than Cody) in Rd 2 or 3.
Of course, I certainly couldn't quibble with selecting a LT either.

Hello? where is Gerald McCoy?
And Tayor Mays is overrated!! Great size and speed but might be a linebacker in the NFL not a safety.

Im watching some YouTube stuff on Dunlap right now....
It must be just me, but from what im seeing is its almost like Dunlap goes full speed for the first 2 seconds of each play then kinda just stands up and waits for the play to get done. Just like McCoy and Suh, I just dont see any "standout" qualities in him. Maybe im crazy. So far, only Taylor Mays stands out to me.

Its a toss up between Gerald McCoy and Eric Berry. I think a player like Berry is a little harder to come by and would allow or defense to be a little more flexible, but McCoy is a pretty disruptive force on the line that we've lacked for a while.
Cody is a even bigger Shaun Rogers, and Berry is way ahead of Mays.
