That might not be a bad idea. But the question becomes, do we drop the playoff teams to 4 and hold them in weeks 15 and 16, or do we keep it at 8 and hold the playoffs during weeks 14,15, and 16?

8 worked well when we had 16 teams. But with only 12 teams, I think 4 would be best!

Thanks for the congrats guys, and thanks again for another good season. Wags that was a huge turnaround from last year.
I kinda like the playoffs being in week 17 but it is kinda hard when guys rest for 2 weeks coming up with replacement. However, the NFL is looking into making teams play starters so that might not be as big an issue.
I like the format as is, but if we do change it, I'd say 6 playoff teams.

Yeah, congrats and I'm not bitter. Not sure how Sly rigged this thing to knock me out of the playoffs after I was in. Not sure how I don't make the top 8 after finishing as the second highest scoring team in the league. But I would like to claim my rightful trophy because this is how things should have panned out...
ROUND 1:
Beavers 309
Australian Peel 271
ROUND 2:
Beavers 350
Maryland Lions 340
ROUND 3:
Beavers 313
Wags Loveable Loser 227
No I'm not bitter...

You are on the opposite side of me. I have no idea how I finished in 3rd and had the #2 seeding with all my IR and benched starting players. The cards just fell in place and everyone underachieved when they played me. I suppose I took your mojo this year.
Thanks to the IR slots, the only good thing is that I have a bunch of potential RB's ripe for trades.

I feel your pain Pablo.
In another league I was the defending champ. I lost in week 16 but had I played Cutler over Flacco at QB I woulda won. And in week 17 I outscored everyone and would have taken the championship 2 years in a row.

Sorry I'm late on this ILF. I couldn't get an internet connection yesterday. But, Congratulations.
